During a usual rainy day in Vancouver, umbrellas are seen all over town. However, I quickly took notice of a proud user of the extraordinary umbrella hat. I've never seen one of these in use, but it seems to serve it's purpose well. It keeps your head dry, your hands are free, and doesn't take up too much room when being stored.
